A delicious dish for sea-food lovers
(my own recipe)
- 16 pieces of tiger prawns
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tsp finely chopped ginger
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp dried lemon grass
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp dark soya sauce
- vegetable rice
Warm the pan and put the butter in it. When the butter melts, add the finely chopped garlic and ginger. Fry them for 1-2 min.
Step Two
Add the prawns to the pan with salt, pepper, paprika and lemon grass. When they change color, turn them on the other side and add the oyster and the dark soya sauce. Serve with lemon wedges and rice.
