(original Cretan cuisine)
Ingredients:
- 4 small round barley rusk (10 cm diameter)
- 200 gr (Greek) feta cheese
- 4 small tomatoes
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 4 olives
- Oregano
Put each bread in a separate bowl and put a tablespoon of olive oil on each bread and half tablespoon of water.
Step Two
Grate the feta cheese and the tomatoes and split them in four portions. For each bread, add a portion the grated tomatoes and top on with a portion of the grated feta cheese. Finally, to complete the dish, add a fresh olive and sprinkle dried oregano on top of each bread.
The perfect appetizer :)
