(Recipe from a book)
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- flour
Step One
Preheat the oven on medium heat (around 160 C)
Mix well the eggs with sugar, add little by little the oil. Afterwards add baking powder and vanilla, mix well then start adding flour until you get a thick dough, good to enough to roll.
Cut the dough in different shapes and place them on tray that has baking paper on. Cook on medium heat for 10-15 min or until they slightly change color.
Serve them the next day and keep in an air tight box. They can be stored for several months.
