(my own recipe)
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 80 gr flour(approximately)
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp milk
- 100 gr dry fine breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
- oil for frying
Step One
Place the pork chops between two sheets of cling film and pound with a meat tenderizer or a rolling pin until thin. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Step Two
Place the flour in shallow bowl and stir in some salt and pepper. Beat the eggs together with the milk in a second shallow bowl and place the breadcrumbs in a third.
Step Three
Heat the oil in a large pan over high heat.
Step Four
Working one at a time, dredge the flattened pork fillets in flour, turning to coat, then dip into the egg mixture, shaking up any excess. Finally, dip the chops into the breadcrumbs, pressing them on to coat.
Step Five
Working in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan, fry the breaded pork for 4-5 min per side until golden-brown, adding more oil if necessary.
Step Six
Drain on a plate lined with paper towels . Serve immediately with lemon wedges and your choice of side dishes.
Poftă Bună!!!
