(recipe from a cooking book)
40 pieces
Ingredients:
Dough:
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter
Cream:
- 1 1/4 cups (300 ml) milk
- 1/2 vanilla bean
- 3 large egg yolks
- 1/4 cup (50 gr )white sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons corn flour
- 1/2 tablespoon Grand Marnier(optional)
Step One
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Grease a cookie sheet.
Step Two
In a medium saucepan, combine 1/2 cup butter and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil while you are stirring until butter melts completely. Reduce heat to low, and add flour and salt. Stir vigorously until mixture leaves the sides of the pan and begins to form a stiff ball. Remove from heat.
Add the eggs, one at a time, while beating the mixture well to incorporate completely after each addition.
With a spoon or a pastry bag place them on the sheet.

Step Four
After they cool down, cut them in the middle and add any cream you like. I chose pastry cream, that you can see here how to do it. You can also melt 100gr of chocolate and add it on the top.
Enjoy!
