Tomato stuffed with egg

















 Perfect breakfast meal.
(my own recipe)


2 Serves

Ingredients:
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 bacon slices
  • 2 slices of feta cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
Step One

Preheat the oven to 250°C(high). Cut the top of the tomatoes then take a spoon and scoop out the interior, carefully to not break the tomatoes. 
Step Two
Put the bacon slices in a cross, on a oven proof trey put the tomato in the middle,  add salt and pepper in the interior of the tomatoes.
Step Three 
Break one egg in each tomato.
Then place the  feta slices on top(you can also grate on top other type of cheese), wrap the tomato with the bacon.
Step Four
 Place them in the oven for 20-25 min(for hard boiled egg) be careful for the bacon to not burn .


 Serve hot... enjoy.
