Vetkoek ( gogosi/doughnuts)
I have a friend from South Africa and I asked her if she misses any type of food, which I would research and try to make it for her. So one day she tells me "you should try making vetkoek". First, I have to say I asked three times the name. Then, I took my phone out and started to search for a recipe, when I found it I was really pleasant surprised to find out that they are exactly like the Romanian doughnuts I grew up with. I made them the same day, they are fast and delicious.
