Ingredients:
- 500 gr minced pork
- 2 zucchini
- 1 big potato
- 1 medium size onion
- 1 kapia pepper
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp dill
- 1/4 thyme
- 1/2 paprika
- salt and pepper
Topping:
- 50 gr tomato paste
- (optionally) 5-6 quail eggs
Step One
Preheat the oven to 200°C . Clean the zucchini, potato, onion and pepper then grate them, after that squeeze the liquid best you can.

Step Two
Put in a bowl the minced meat, the vegetables, oregano, dill ,thyme, paprika, salt and pepper.Add the flour and mix well .
Step Three
Put in oven proof pan for 1h covered with tin foil, then take the foil off make small holes and put in each the eggs (if you use them).
Step Four
Put the tomato paste on top and let in the oven for 1h more.Serve warm with a side of chili sauce.
