Salmon with White Mushroom Sauce

(my own recipe)
Serves 2

Ingredients:
  • 2 salmon  pieces
  • 3 tbsp bread crumbs
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
For the sauce:
  • 250 gr brown champinion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 garlic clove
  • salt and pepper
Step One (the sauce)
First slice the onion, the mushrooms, the pepper and the garlic. Fry the onion until translucent, add the mushrooms and the garlic and fry for 2 min. Afterwards, add the flour, stir, add the cream and stir again. Season with salt and pepper and let it simmer for 3 min.

Step Two (the salmon)
Clean the scales from the salmons skin (let the skin on). Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Add oil to a pan and put it on the stove to warm. Put the skin side down through the bread crumbs, then in the hot pan with the lid on for 4 min (be sure the stove it's on medium heat while the fish is cooking)

Step Three
Serve the dish while it's still warm :).

Enjoy!
