Bulgogi Style Pork


This is a really easy and delicious recipe, makes the meat sweet and tender. 


Serves 4-6 



Ingredients:

  • 1- 1,5 kg pork (or thinly sliced beef sirloin, if you prefer) 
  • 6 tbsp light soy sauce 
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar 
  • 2 tbsp rice wine (mirin) 
  • 2 tbsp grated yellow onion (one medium onion) 
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic 
  • 5 tbsp grated red apple ( one medium apple) 
  • 1 tsp minced ginger 
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper




Slice the pork 1,5 cm thick and set aside
 in a bowl. 
 In a separate big bowl add all the rest ingredients and mix well. Then, add the meat in the bowl and mix well to ensure all the meat is covered. Cover the bowl with cling foil and put it in the fridge over night. 
 Cook on a hot barbecue or in the oven under the grill.
 Serve with white rice or stir fried vegetables.
